Michal Prokop is celebrating his 80th birthday in exceptional form. His latest album, *Ostraka*, has been certified Gold and Platinum by the IFPI, was named Album of the Year at the Anděl Awards, and Michal Prokop also took home the award for Solo Artist of the Year. This successful period is now capped off by the release of the live album Live 80, which captures the unique atmosphere of last year’s Christmas concert.

The Live 80 album is being released on 2LP, CD, and digitally, and has become a symbol of the celebration of a significant milestone in the life of one of the most prominent figures on the Czech music scene. This fall, fans can look forward to the Live 80 Tour, which will culminate in the traditional Christmas concert on December 21 in Prague (Forum Karlín).
