Kodaline sold out their final concert in the Czech Republic within two weeks, so we’ve decided to move the show to the larger Forum Karlín venue so that as many fans as possible can enjoy this farewell.
Over the course of their career, Kodaline have gone from playing on the streets of Dublin to selling out concerts and arenas around the world. Their emotional songs and distinctive sound have won over millions of fans across continents, establishing the band as one of the most successful Irish music acts of recent years.
Along with the tour announcement, the band shared a personal message to fans confirming their decision to close this chapter together. “After more than a decade, we’ve decided it’s time to say goodbye to Kodaline. We know this may come as a surprise, and it’s just as emotional for us. Everything we’ve shared with you has changed our lives forever,” the band members stated.
In their statement, they also reflect on the journey they’ve taken together with their fans—from playing on the streets to major global stages. “We want to say goodbye in style, so we’re returning to the studio one last time to record our fifth and final album. We are incredibly grateful for your support. It’s a journey we’ll never forget, and we hope our music will stay with you long after we’re gone,” the band adds.
The Farewell Tour 2026 thus represents the last opportunity to experience Kodaline live and say goodbye to the band that defined a generation of emotional pop-rock. The Prague concert at SaSaZu promises a powerful and intimate evening filled with their biggest hits as well as new songs from the upcoming album.
